Personal Kava Journey

One year into living alcohol-free, a visit to a kava bar in Florida proved transformative. The calming yet uplifting effects of kava enabled me to feel a profound connection to myself and those around me, fostering genuine interactions and a sense of serenity. This experience kindled a deep gratitude and fascination for kava, prompting me to delve into comprehensive research and exploration of its diverse varieties, brands, benefits, and cultural significance.

During a seven-month stay in Hawai’i, I immersed myself in Hawaiian ‘awa (kava) culture, fostering a personal and spiritual connection with the roots. Now committed to sharing the benefits of kava with the world, I established Kind Frog Kava with the mission of making kava easily accessible and enjoyable for anyone.
